Shop policies
All products listed on this website are handmade by Alex in her studio based in North Yorkshire, UK. Each item is carefully hand finished to a high standard. The handmade nature of each product means each one is completely unique and there is a possibility of uneven edges, colour variations or bubbles.
On occasion, products with defects or testers will be available to purchase at a reduced price.

Some items are available on a Made to Order basis due to limited studio space. These items will be dispatched within 1 to 4 weeks so please keep that in mind when placing an order for one of these items. If you need one of these products quicker do get in touch before placing an order via email/contact form.

Shipping Policy
Made to order items will be dispatched within 1-4 weeks.
In stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days with your chosen service.
International parcels are custom to duties and taxes for which the buyer is solely responsible. Please bear that in mind when placing an order.
International standard shipping is a 15-80 business day service. If you haven't received your items within eleven weeks of receiving a shipment notification, please get in touch.
In an effort to be more sustainable, your order will be packaged with mostly/if not all reused materials. If at any point plastic is used please know it is being reused and I encourage you to do the same if possible.

Return & Refund policy
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please just get in touch.
In the event an item arrives defective, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will be happy to help.
To be eligible for a refund you must return the product within 14 days of receiving it. The product should be returned in the same condition as it was bought.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return.
Custom made items are non refundable.
Shipping fees are non refundable.
